The number and range of manufacturing jobs in this city is staggering. While you will find many of these jobs concentrated in the downtown core, there are factory jobs available in more out of the way towns as well.
However, it is the big cities like Ontario where manufacturing is most prevalent. Automotive

Pulp and Paper
Much of Ontario is covered in thick boreal forest, making the city an ideal location for companies who manufacture pulp and paper. This is one of the few segments of the manufacturing sector with operations based largely outside the city core. It provides employment for thousands of people in the Northern parts of the state.
